I have a water fountain with a 10-foot wide concrete pool base that's 14-inches deep. I know your product can be applied to the concrete base. But will it hold up under 14-inches of water and if so have any tests to run to determine how long it will last? I live in the San Antonio, TX area so it gets pretty hot here in the summer but obviously the water will keep the product cool.
