not sure if my question went through. I have a building with a rubber roof 20 to 25 yrs old leaking badly. I'm not sure if its hypalon or tpo I thought rubber was rubber. it looks black under some kind of white spray on it that's pealing off. I was going to purchase liquid rubber but states not for hypalon or tpo roofs. can you make a recommendation. it would be greatly appreciated thank you Chuck D
