Second coating of same product, first was in 2019

Bubbled up  after already being done in 2019Second coating of same product, first was in 2019, this was done today and it brought rubber roof up and bubbled in places, will this correct itself when dries or not ,both was purchased through you.

the bubbling is trapped solvent as it cured the solvent will evaporate and will level out.  This occurs for just two reasons first the flash coat was not put on first assuming it was put over EPDM rubber or second the original rubber roof has lost adhesion to the wood substrate
