What are the temperature operating ranges of this product?

I want to use it to cover the ceiling & inside walls of a newly constructed 6' X 7' walk-in cooler.  How does it perform in freezing temperatures?  How long is the warranty?

Hi technically you can apply it at freezing temperatures but the product won't dry until it gets above 50 degrees.  At temps above 50 it will waterproof in 3-4 hours and a full cure on 24 hours
