Is Butyl Liquid Rubber compatible with Grace Ultra underlayment?

The manufacture claims that Grace Ultra is Compatible with your Butyl liquid Rubber  and TPO low slope membranes. GRACE ULTRA™ butyl roofing underlayment is composed of two waterproofing materials—an aggressive 100% butyl rubber adhesive backed by a layer of high density cross laminated polyethylene film.

Can Butyl  Liquid Rubber be applied directly on top of Grace Ulta?

Butyl liquid rubber can be applied to any 3rd party coatings , It does not need a primer
