going to be repairing a concrete manhole troth. we are going to clean the substrate, repair any pitting or voids in the concrete with a hydraulic cement so surface is smooth. Would you recommend one of your products as a top coat for the troth. We want to seal the concrete with a rubber,polymer, or etc. to help surface to remain smooth and protected from future pitting so toilet paper and waste cannot get caught up.
