rv roof replacement

Question

my 5th wheel camper is getting new roof trusses and plywood.  It's in bad shape.  Money is very much an object for this project.

1.  Do I need to oilbase prime the roof?

2.  Do I need to prepare the plywood seams with anything or just rubber over them?

3.  Is there anything I need to do specific steps that may help me

we do not suggest using this for new construction only to extend the life of an existing roof
