slight adhesion loss on original roof, can I still use the liquid roof?

Maybe a few spots the size of a half dollar, the largest is the size of a dollar bill around the antenna. Can I still use the liquid roof?

i am guessing the original glue came undone causing the original epdm rubber roof to lift.you can use the liquid roof but it will probably increase the swelling in those areas
