I have a pea gravel top layer currently. I plan on sweeping away sections, cleaning debris from the cleared section, then applying the primer, then top coat. How long do I have to wait between primer applications and top coat application? Then how long do I have to wait to put the pea gravel back on top of the EPDM topcoat?
