Is the EPDM Liquid Rubber miscible in water?

Question

I am curious to see if this material is miscible in water and will set in a mass as well as once spread as a sheet.

If I mixed a 5 gallon pail and poured it into a pipe full of water would the EPDM stay together or dilute?

Hi Charlie unfortunately that would not work as it needs air to cure
