Can the butyl liuid rubber be used on fiberglass as a filler for low spots where water is pooling?

Old houseboat with low spots on deck-- it will be decked over with wood, so not walked on directly.

Yes you can built it up if you are using this directly over wood you would first need to apply one coat of the product then a poly mesh fabric and then coat over the fabric.
