Can I use rubber on top of Lowes sealant that is so thin.

If I need to remove Lowes sealant will it then stick to bubble like roof sheets?

You would need to prime it first with the proflex primer and then the liquid rubber.  not sure about the bubbles areas you might want to consider cutting out the bubbles so the primer has an acceptable substrate to adhere to
