What would cause the liquid rubber to have very small pits and not be smooth like it was when installed?

I installed the rubber on my RV about 1 year ago. I just washed the roof and noticed alot of very small pits that are retaining dirt. What would cause this and what do I do if anything?

Hi as long as the pits are not exposing the original roof you are fine. Perhaps those areas were damp during the curing process
