Forgot to sit a half hour

Question

Redid the roof yesterday and forgot to let the mix sit for the half hour before proceeding with the application.
How bad is this mistake?  Also, according to your calculator,  I needed 5 gallons and I have a substantial amount left over so I'm concerned.

you get 42 sq ft per gallon we suggest chalking off your roof into 8X5 areas once you fill in one of those sections you should be done a gallon worth of the product.

we don't suggest letting the product sit once you mix the catalyst you are on the clock
