Curved surfaces

Question

The edges of my camper are curved. I painted off to bottom of curve and painted rubber over curved. It is leaving drip says, will it level out, if not can it be cut away from curve after cured and caulked?

if it is running on a vertical it was applied at three times the rate.  mineral spirits or xlyene will remove but be careful not to remove the paint
