Third party material is still adhered to the roof, will yyour product take care of this before applying the coating.

Question

I wish to know if this will seal down the 3rd party coating which is obviously adhered to the rubber roof. Considering I can't power wash it off I would assume it's permanently "stuck" to the roof. Apply your product those areas and sanding the Eternabond tape, which I don't want to chance removing, and applying contact cement should let me have a new appearing rubber roof. I hope.                                                                    Thanks in advance.

The current coating you have needs to be securely adhered to the roof any loose material would need to be removed so you don't pick it up during the application with the roller.  thank you
