Can it be used for pond application?

Have a fairly big pond large rocks cover liner it has a few leaks and don't want to tear the whole thing out and put new liner in  can it be used for this application and can rock be placed back onto surface after six hours?  Thanks

any existing tears you would need to apply the butyl tape over those first and then apply the pondpro2000 over them.
