My coated roof has suffered severe mold coverage this summer, what is good cleaner to use?

I never had mildew on my original rubber roof, but after coating last year, the roof this summer is covered with mold. I plan to pressure wash the roof and want to apply some sort of preventive product to the coating to keep if from returning. It is more unsightly now than the roof that I coated.  Help.
