product applied then overnight there was a heavy dew. Will it be OK

The roof was tacky at 9pm but still not ready to be walked on as it left primer on fingers when removed.  This morning it is wet from dew and doesn't feel tacky but the roof is still bright white.  Will I be ok

yes the product waterproofs within 3-4 hours assuming temps are above 65
