Product description: Skylight 911 is a CLEAR coat that provides extremely effective protection for your skylights.

Skylight 911 is a CLEAR coat that provides extremely effective protection for your skylights. As your skylight’s age strands becomes exposed, allowing dirt to form and reducing light emission. Skylight 911 will protect against age oxidization chalking that occurs on skylights. Our product is a one-component moisture-cure system with superior adhesion to skylights. It gives protection against harsh wind, rain, snow as well as UV degradation. Skylight-911 is thermally stable and resists cracking and peeling due to weather extremes and ultraviolet exposure. Skylight 911 is great to bring back the life and color of your old skylights but better to protect them from aging in the first place. Will not work on vinyl.

Type of Applications:

  • Clear Skylights
  • For all skylights (Not to be used on vinyl)

Surface Preparation:

The surface must be free of any oils, moisture, soil or other contaminates that may interfere with good adhesion. Carefully remove any loose material from the surface with a wire brush or scraper. Oil and grease should also be removed with solvents or an appropriate detergent cleaner. In many cases, high pressure water blast will be sufficient to prepare the surface.

Application Temperatures:

For best results, the temperature of the ambient air and the substrate should be within a range of 50°-100°F. For best application, the product should be at a minimum of 60°F.

Application Methods:

Skylight 911 can be applied by brush, or roller.
